Lisa Costlow. C.Ay, Ayurvedic Consults and Therapies, Reiki and Energy Healing

I was raised in the rolling hills of Kansas and have always felt a deep connection with the Earth and the rhythms of nature. I have been deeply passionate all of my adult life about a holistic approach to life and have studied many different healing traditions. A desire to learn deeper healing modalities and lead a more balanced lifestyle drew me to the study of Ayurveda. I came to New Mexico in 2005 to attend the Ayurvedic Institute and stayed for 8 years, working in Administration, Panchakarma and teaching.

In my spare time I enjoy the art, music and mix of the different cultures of New Mexico, the wilderness of the land, and spending time with those I love.

Alexandra Grajeda, Certified Innate Postpartum care provider, Reiki and Traditional Mexican folk medicine

Alexandra began to work for us in October of 2019. As both a traditional academic student and alternative healing apprentice, Alexandra applies her passion and advocacy for whole body wellness to her work here at Sanjevani.

Alexandra began her journey with holistic and integrative health in 2011 at the age of 16 as an apprentice to a traditional Celtic herbalist, Tonja Reighley, in Denver, Colorado. Her fascination with the herbal world led her to begin a career in the birth world – first as a doula, and finally, as a postpartum care provider, under the supervision of Rachelle Garcia-Saliga of INNATE Traditions in Taos, NM.

Alexandra has studied Ayurveda while performing Seva, or selfless service, at an Ashram in Colorado, and as a UNM student. She has studied holistic health at UNM, received her AAS, and is currently in pursuit of her Masters in Psychology and Fine Arts.

Kristi Clifton, BS Ed, Retired Teacher, Office Staff

Kristi has been with the House of Sanjevani team since March 2018. Her retirement following a 26 year teaching career was a perfect segue into working in the office with patients and staff at Sanjevani. With life-longing learning as a goal, Sanjevani is a perfect fit for Kristi, who continues to enjoy learning about health and wellness, as well as helping others. During her free time, Kristi enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren, being outdoors and creating plant based meals.
